Families

Families are complex systems that feel like the only constant is change. Navigating the demands of school, jobs, activities, household and more is challenging on a good day. Add ADHD to the mix and it can feel like the aftermath of a tornado.

Family coaching involves a mixture of learning, guiding, showing and practicing skills that benefits both you and your children. It is most successful when working with children and caregivers simultaneously and helps prepare all with basic skills that will be needed along the way.

Children learn skill sets including: self awareness, challenge recognition, problem solving, goal setting, strategizing, resilience and self-accountability.

Parents learn to understand ADHD and how it affects their child’s Executive Function. They learn a coach approach to parenting, which provides effective strategies and tools to better manage, communicate and achieve greater harmony!

Do you feel like the ADHD in your household is sucking the life out of you? Are you tired of the constant stress, frustration, and feeling like you have tried everything, but just don’t know which way to turn anymore.
