Meet Coach Lisa!

As an ADHDer myself, diagnosed in my early 50’s, I spent most of my life wondering I had to work twice as hard to keep up. Why was time management so elusive, and procrastination so prevalent? After I was diagnosed, I began to understand what had been behind so many struggles in my life!

My diagnosis came as a surprise, while working with an ADHD Coach for our teenager.
The coaching process was so transformative for our family, that I felt inspired to become an ADHD/EF coach with a passion to help other parents, families and adults.

As someone who believes deeply in a holistic approach to health, nutrition and wellness, ADHD coaching was also the perfect fit with my yoga and health coaching experience.

My corporate experience in International Business, Marketing and Advertising, along with my expat experience living in Europe & Australia 22 years of my adult life, Also provides a solid understanding of business environments, expat life and transitions.

My passion is to help ADHD adults and families understand this unique brain wiring, how to navigate it and live in greater harmony with themselves and others.

Let’s unravel your superpowers together!

A little more about me…

The fifth of nine children from an Irish/Italian family, our household, was a wonderful mixture of chaos, laughter, activity, music, sports, and good food!

Always curious, I left home at age 17, to do my BA, then my Master of International Business, which brought me to Germany where I met my Bavarian husband and stayed. Sixteen years later, a career in international marketing & advertising, 3 children and several moves, our family relocated to Sydney Australia in 2010.

Sun, surf, sailing, amazing people, outstanding coffee and yoga were plentiful on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. Always learning, I completed over 1000 hours of Hatha Yoga Teacher training and Ayurveda.

Adventurers at heart, our family moved, once again, to Boston in 2017, where I completed my Health Coach degree with IIN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) in 2019, and ADHD Coach certification with ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) in 2021.

Constantly growing in my pursuit to be the best possible coach for my clients, I completed my ADHD Family certificate and Advanced Coach Training through ADDCA in 2021/22.

To provide the best resources for my clients, I continue to learn and have completed the CPS (Collaborative Proactive Solutions) training, Brain-Body Parenting, Polyvagal Theory, and Gottman relationship course "The 7 Principles for making Marriage Work” to my growing repertoire.

I am happiest when I am learning, creating, singing, biking, hiking, skiing, or sitting in a cafe, with an excellent cappuccino, making new acquaintances.
